Our National Parks hold thousands of earth marvels. The American West is where my young heart lives. Was with my parents at the infant age of six months when i visited my first National Park. This drawing was created on Oct. 8, 2015. A combination of pencil and pastel.

I see what you mean about the six degrees of separation, and I like the concept behind it. What national park is this from? Oh and thank you for your comments on my photos. I like your pieces they are somewhat dark, mysterious, and intriguing.
Steven Macanka replied:
i have lived a long creative life. i have been creating works of photographic art for 45 years. my life has become very dark over the last two years. my wife of 33 years is recovering slowly after her massive stroke in Dec. 2013. it has been in the past month i have seen much more light in my creations. i know who you are. i understand your creative mind. my only two sons who are well into manhood were brilliant high school students. they both attended the same Ivy League College. i have lived a very long time learning from my brilliant children. i will get back to you about which park this is a vision of. keep on pushing yourself, push yourself hard, you will be blown way by what your mind sends thru your fingertips.
